Tanya McRae

Tanya McRae is an award winning television journalist and producer.

She has worked in network, cable and local news, and has an extensive background as a producer and field director on lifestyle, travel, newsmagazine, talk and reality TV shows.

Tanya won an Emmy Award for ‘Outstanding Lifestyle Program’ as a senior producer on the OWN series “Home Made Simple” in 2015.  She received an LA Press Club Award for ‘Best Talk/Public Affairs Program’ in 2024  for the show she hosts for Spectrum News 1 in Los Angeles, “In Focus SoCal”. She’s also been nominated for several other Emmys, LA Press Club and RTNA awards.
